Mayer Brown named a top international investigations firm by GIR for seventh consecutive year

Mayer Brown issued the following announcement on Nov. 19.

Mayer Brown has again been named to Global Investigations Review (GIR)’s “GIR 30” list, an elite list of the firms with the strongest international investigations practices as part of its annual “GIR 100” guide to the world’s leading cross-border investigations firms. This marks the seventh consecutive year that the firm has been named to the list.

It highlighted the firm’s extensive experience representing high-profile clients in high-stakes international matters, particularly in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act space. According to the publication, the firm’s “investigations practice has honed a specialty for foreign bribery cases” with highly experienced lawyers in offices throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Additionally, GIR cited the firm’s strategic hiring of former federal prosecutors, including Gina Parlovecchio, Michael Levy, Jason Linder, Glen Kopp and Daniel Stein.
