Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP issued the following announcement on July 23.

.Troutman Pepper Partner Jennifer Bojorquez has been recognized among GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence for 2020. Bojorquez, a member of Troutman Pepper’s Real Estate Finance Practice Group, was recognized for her career achievements, community outreach and mentorship within the industry.

Bojorquez counsels lenders, developers and investors on a variety of real estate finance matters, including all aspects of financing, purchase and sale, and leasing transactions. Her work includes handling loan originations on single lender, multi-lender and syndicated project loans involving resorts, residential developments, master planned communities, and commercial, retail and industrial buildings.

“It is an honor to be recognized by Globe St. alongside this accomplished group of women,” Bojorquez said. “It is exciting to see so many women in leadership positions in the industry, and I am sure they will all continue to excel in their professional endeavors.”

In addition to her successful practice, Bojorquez is highly engaged in the legal community and in Orange County. She often volunteers her time, mentoring and advocating for women and girls in the local community. She also chairs the Troutman Pepper Women’s Leadership and Growth Network which focuses on developing skills of women associates, growing business development opportunities for women attorneys, and partnering with local non-profits and clients on their initiatives.

“Jennifer is a highly skilled and talented attorney,” Partner Mike Whitton said in Bojorquez’s award nomination. “She is pro-active, practical in her approach, and her clients trust her with some of their most critical projects knowing she will always act with their best interest in mind. She is a great mentor to younger lawyers and is very involved in diversity initiatives at the firm.”

In addition to being recognized in the July/August issue of GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum, Bojorquez will be recognized at an award event next year. An awards dinner was previously scheduled for July 23, 2020 but was canceled due to COVID-19.
