Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires public accommodations to afford all persons the “full and equal enjoyment” of their goods and services. Courts have construed this obligation to extend to businesses’ online presence, and business owners risk liability for engaging in unlawful discrimination if they fail to ensure that their digital platforms are accessible to persons with disabilities.

Join Jason B. Jendrewski, Dori K. Stibolt and Tyreen G. Torner for a discussion about the increase of ADA Title III litigation over the accessibility of websites and mobile applications, the legal landscape regarding such claims and strategies for businesses to comply with legal obligations and mitigate risk.

This program is offered as an interactive live webinar. It will not be broadcast in any Fox Rothschild office.
