Greenberg Traurig recently issued the following announcement.

The panel discussion will provide critical information for entrepreneurs, investors, startup executives,  medtech makers, design professionals, business development managers and anyone who needs a better understanding of how COVID-19 is affecting the med tech industry. According to their website, DeviceTalks is a “series of peer-led meetings created to help med techs  most innovative professionals find the quickest way to clear troublesome bottlenecks.”

The June 16th event will include topics such as:

• IP strategy for companies innovating new technology or forming new collaborations

• Liability risks and immunity protections

• Impact of COVID-19 on litigation in the medtech industry

David Dykeman, Ginger Pigott and Liberetta Stennes of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will be participating as a panelists on a DeviceTalks Tuesday panel,  “How COVID-19 is creating new IP and litigation challenges for medtechs” on June 16, 2020.
