In this session we will discuss how to recognize when you are not receiving effective feedback, and how to get the feedback you need to advance your career.  

After attending this webinar, you will:

  • Understand the importance of formal and informal feedback on your career trajectory.
  • Recognize when you aren’t getting effective feedback, including soft evaluations, vague and broad feedback, no feedback, and feedback first learned in a formal evaluation.
