Fox Rothschild LLP issued the following announcement on Sept. 11.

Glenda E. Martinez has joined Fox Rothschild LLP in the Los Angeles office as assistant general counsel.

“Glenda has amassed a wealth of experience in risk management that enables her to provide valuable guidance to our firm,” said Thomas D. She serves on the board of the Upward Bound House, an organization that works to eliminate homelessness in LA through supportive services, and for more than 20 years she served on the board of the Central American Resource Center, which advocates for social and economic equality for Central Americans. She is also a trustee for the Wildwood School.
