The plaintiffs allege that Sadleir dissolved Clarius and formed new entities under the name Aviron with the assistance of Loeb & Loeb to continue marketing Clarius's film properties.
The plaintiffs are seeking judgement for alleged false representations made by Bernard Given II from Loeb & Loeb regarding the affiliation between Aviron and Clarius which led them to believe they were not entitled to payment based on their agreement with Clarius.
